DEBOGAGE avec ITUNES

Bonjour,


Alors voici mon problème:
Dès que je souhiate imorte un CD sur ITUNES, le logiciel demmarre une conversion de chacun des morceaux.Cependatn au bout de 4, ou 5 morceaux un message s'affige avec: Itune a rencontré un prioblème ....Et cliquer sur DEBOGAGE

je ne vois pas d infections dans ton rapport mais je ne vois pas non plus d antivirus ??

tu n en as pas ??

fais ceci stp :

==> Télécharger Malwarebytes

==> Voici un tuto pour bien l installer et bien l utiliser :

aide toi bien du tuto pour supprimer correctement ce qu il aura trouvé

ok...si tu n as pas d antivirus, tu peux télécharger Antivir

En fait j'avais Norton, mais suite à un changement de disque dur j'ai perdu cet enti virus que je venais d'acheter par le biais du net.Depuis je n'ai rien ré installé....

J ai désinfecté ton PC avec des outils légers car dès le départ je ne voyais pas d infections dans ton rapport..

C est pour cela que je te demande d exécuter ces 2 logiciels et d aller faire une analyse en ligne qui pourraient en dire plus

mais au fait tu penses que ce problème de bug de'Itunes est du à un virus?Ce n'est pas à cause du CD?

Je ne saurais pas te dire...de plus je n utilise pas itunes

Mais tu étais quand meme infecté par quelques malwares et tu avais aussi des toolbars infectées..

Un conseil : quand tu installes un logiciel, fais attention de ne pas installer la toolbar, elles sont infectées la plupart du temps
